In the same building, if each elevator is equipped with an IoT monitoring terminal, in the monitoring center, you can use the personal computer LiftMonitor.exe to view the elevator operation status in real time (as shown above), including the running direction of each elevator, the current floor, Alarm security information.
2. Automatic alarm function
If the elevator fails, the PC management machine will send out an alarm signal in time, and can clearly display the floor and fault information of the elevator (such as: fire alarm, overload, trapped elevator, elevator crash, etc.); the monitoring center personnel can achieve quick response, Do an emergency response.
3. Automatic archive function of alarm log

1) Signal acquisition module:
The bus interface used to collect elevator real-time data is divided into the following categories in order to match different elevators: CAN bus, parallel bus, 485 bus and other communication interfaces.
2) ARM processor module:
The data processing and control transmission module uses industrial-grade ARM as the control processor to ensure the safety and stability of the system. The improved FreeRTOS real-time operating system independently developed by Weibang has the advantages of fast response, strong real-time performance, and simultaneous processing of multiple tasks.
3) Real-time clock module:
The real-time clock is based on the international standard time to ensure that the time accuracy of all recorded elevator data is accurate every second.
4) Ethernet module:
The Ethernet module can be used as an interface for setting the system mode, as well as an interface for elevator information transmission. In the networked real estate, elevator data is mainly transmitted through Ethernet.
5) 3G wireless Internet access module:
Different from wired monitoring, the 3G wireless Internet access module is a functional module configured for the purpose of saving networking costs and facilitating installation when there is no networking in the real estate. This module can store elevator data in the cloud server through the wireless network, and the monitoring personnel can remotely monitor the elevator operation status by logging into the cloud server.
