Product Description

Robotic system for elevators

The robot wireless call elevator system is an intelligent floor registration system based on wireless Internet of Things. Through the elevator control system developed by Weibang Technology and installed inside and outside the elevator car and the wireless communication module installed inside the intelligent robot, the robot intelligent control system is integrated as a whole to realize the seamless connection between the robot and the building control system without manual intervention. To complete the intelligent elevator process for the robot to take the elevator to and from the target floor.

Functions

1. Elevator basic information collection:

The elevator control system sends the elevator operating status information to the robot throughout the entire process, including the current elevator floor, operating direction, and elevator door switch status.

 

2. The robot autonomously calls the elevator and takes the elevator:

all the elevator control commands issued by the robot realize the various control functions of the elevator through wireless communication, without manual intervention, and without physical contact with elevator control buttons.

 

3. Multiple connection options:

The communication between the ladder control system and the robot can provide 4G/WIFI/Rola or Bluetooth.

 

System Composition

The elevator control system includes an intelligent elevator control main board, a key control board (additional addition is needed when the 16th floor is exceeded), and a signal conversion board.

1. Intelligent elevator control main board:

Realizes wireless bridge connection with the communication module in the robot, sends elevator status information, and receives robot system instructions.

 

2. Signal acquisition board:

Collect the operating status of the robot dedicated elevator, including all the information required by the robot system such as the elevator running direction, the floor where it is, and the elevator door switch, and execute the elevator control instructions according to the robot system logic.

 

3. Key control board:

installed in the elevator car COP to control elevator floor buttons and door open/close buttons.

 

4. Wireless communication module:

Realize the wireless bridge connection with the elevator control wireless communication module, receive elevator operation information, and send robot system instructions. The module and the robot are connected via 232 serial.

 

5. Elevator call controller:

When receiving a robot instruction, it controls the outside call to light up and call the elevator to the corresponding floor.
